TICKETS & ATTENDEE POLICIES

A very limited number of tickets for Country Music’s Biggest Night will go on sale to the general public on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021 at 10AM/CT on Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is the only official and authorized ticketing partner of the CMA Awards. Any tickets purchased through any other outlet are not guaranteed by the CMA Awards, the Country Music Association or Ticketmaster. The CMA Awards Box Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from Ticketmaster. 
As we navigate another CMA Awards ceremony with COVID-19, please know that protocols must be followed in compliance with all applicable local health and safety regulations, venue requirements and requirements from the television unions.   All ticketed audience members attending the 2021 CMA Awards will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in addition to wearing an appropriate face covering. Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted.  Visit vaccines.gov/search to find an administer location near you for the free vaccine.

  • Attendees must be seated by 6:45PM/CT (anyone not seated by this time must remain on the concourse until the first commercial break, at approximately 7:15PM/CT)

The CMA Awards encourages you to honor the tradition of Country Music’s Biggest Night™ by dressing in black tie or formal attire. 
Doors will be open by 5:00PM/CT. Due to security measures and COVID vaccine validation processes, please allow extra time for entry.   Attendees should enter Bridgestone Arena for The CMA Awards at the main entrance located on the corner of Broadway and 5th Avenue.  EXPEDITED ENTRY  Bridgestone Arena has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy proof of vaccination for faster entry. Enroll and complete your Health Pass for free before arriving at Bridgestone Arena. Here’s how in five minutes or less:  
  1. Download the free CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile 
  1. Select ‘Sports’ and ‘Bridgestone Arena’ 
  1. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie 
  1. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination 
  1. Before you arrive at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 10, reopen the Health Pass tile and open your green Health Pass. All Bridgestone Arena entrances will accept the CLEAR Health Pass for venue access. Utilize the Verified Entrance Lanes for expedited entry. 
BAG POLICY  In addition to downloading the CLEAR Health Pass in advance, the quickest way to enter Bridgestone Arena is to not bring any bag at all, however clear wristlets and bags no larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted.   If you choose to bring a bag made of opaque material, up to 12”x12”x6”, you must enter through the X-Ray Lanes and place your bag on the scanner before being admitted. No bags larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical equipment and medically-necessary items after proper inspection.   Please allow extra time to pass through these security measures. Small umbrellas are permitted.   Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: outside food & beverage, cameras with detachable lens, video recording devices (both audio and visual), signs of any kind, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, inflatables, laser pointers, noisemakers, poles or sticks of any kind (I.e., flag poles, selfie sticks), weapons and dangerous devices of any kind, animals with the exception of service animals. Flash photography is not permitted. Cell phones and communication devices must be silenced or turned off during the live filming.   The Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including but not limited to e-cigarettes and vaping devices) are not allowed.  Bridgestone Arena is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and will ensure that it offers compliant access to guests with protected disabilities.
