TICKETS & ATTENDEE POLICIES

A very limited number of tickets for Country Music’s Biggest Night will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021 at 10AM/CT on Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is the only official and authorized ticketing partner of the CMA Awards. Any tickets purchased through any other outlet are not guaranteed by the CMA Awards, the Country Music Association or Ticketmaster. The CMA Awards Box Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from Ticketmaster. 

MOBILE TICKETS

Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster will be delivered via mobile e-ticket for a convenient, secure and contactless entry. So, your phone is all you need! To access your mobile tickets:
  1. Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com on your phone’s Internet browser.
  2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account and head to ‘My Events’ to find your ticket(s).
  3. Tap the ticket and show it at the entrance. You can also choose to add it to your mobile wallet for quick and easy access. Screenshots will not be accepted. 
  4. Show it when you arrive to Bridgestone Arena. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning at entry. And make sure you have a fully charged battery!
  5. Once your ticket is scanned, you’ll be good to go!

CMA Awards is required to follow protocols in compliance with all applicable laws, local health and safety regulations, venue requirements and requirements from the television unions. In anticipation of new legislation in the State of Tennessee, ticketed audience members at the CMA Awards will now have the choice to either show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR show a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test administered within 72 hours prior to the event by a healthcare professional, or with a sample collected at home that is sent to a medical laboratory for processing with a link to the results that guests can print from a medical/lab based platform. The negative COVID-19 test results must include the guest’s name and the date of the test. All ticketed audience members must still wear an appropriate face covering. Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted.
  • Doors open by 5:30PM/CT (see entry instructions below) 
  • Attendees must be seated by 6:45PM/CT (anyone not seated by this time must remain on the concourse until the first commercial break, at approximately 7:15PM/CT) 
  • Live show starts at 7:00PM/CT 
The CMA Awards encourages you to honor the tradition of Country Music’s Biggest Night™ by dressing in black tie or formal attire. 
Doors will be open by 5:30PM/CT. Due to security measures and COVID vaccine validation processes, please allow extra time for entry.   Attendees can enter Bridgestone Arena for The CMA Awards at the Main Entrance (located on the corner of Broadway and 5th Avenue) or the SoBro Entrance (located on Demonbreun Street between 5th and 6th Avenues). 

EXPEDITED ENTRY 

CMA Awards and Bridgestone Arena have partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy proof of vaccination or negative test for faster entry. All ticket holders should enroll and complete your Health Pass for free before arriving at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 10. Here’s how:
  1. Download the CLEAR app and select ‘Get Started’ in the ‘Create your Health Pass’ tile at the top of the page.
  2. From the top menu, select ‘Events’ and scroll down to the Entertainment section, then select ‘CMA Awards.’
  3. Select ‘Enroll or verify in CLEAR’ and follow the prompts to verify your identification by photographing a government-issued photo ID card and taking a quick selfie before arriving.
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test to complete your Health Pass. A green Health Pass is good to go!
  5. Before you arrive at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 10, reopen the Health Pass tile and open your green Health Pass. Utilize the Verified Entrance Lanes and be ready to show your device to venue security staff for expedited entry.
If you do not download the CLEAR App and complete your Health Pass, you must bring your CDC Vaccination Card or negative test results to Bridgestone Arena for entry for the CMA Awards but note that lines to enter will be much longer. Trust and transparency are CLEAR’s top priority, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information. Personal information is only used to deliver a secure experience with CLEAR. In addition to downloading the CLEAR Health Pass in advance, the quickest way to enter Bridgestone Arena is to not bring any bag at all, however clear wristlets and bags no larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted.   If you choose to bring a bag made of opaque material, up to 12”x12”x6”, you must enter through the X-Ray Lanes and place your bag on the scanner before being admitted. No bags larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical equipment and medically-necessary items after proper inspection.   Please allow extra time to pass through these security measures. Small umbrellas are permitted.  

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: outside food & beverage, cameras with detachable lens, video recording devices (both audio and visual), signs of any kind, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, inflatables, laser pointers, noisemakers, poles or sticks of any kind (I.e., flag poles, selfie sticks), weapons and dangerous devices of any kind, animals with the exception of service animals. Flash photography is not permitted. Cell phones and communication devices must be silenced or turned off during the live filming.  

The Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including but not limited to e-cigarettes and vaping devices) are not allowed.
